1st JRC Endurance Challenge Waiver

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver document in relation to my participation in the 1st JRC Endurance Challenge organized by the event organizers. By signing this waiver, I understand and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in such an event.

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the 1st JRC Endurance Challenge involves certain risks, including but not limited to, accidents, collisions, falls, mechanical failures, and unpredictable weather conditions. I acknowledge that these risks are an inherent part of the event, and I voluntarily assume all such risks and responsibilities associated with my participation.
2. Non-Race Event: I understand and acknowledge that the 1st JRC Endurance Challenge is not a race. It is an endurance event where participants aim to cover a specific distance within a given time frame. The objective is to test personal endurance and not to compete against other participants. Therefore, I will not engage in any activities that may be deemed as racing, such as reckless driving, aggressive maneuvering, or exceeding speed limits.
3. Personal Responsibility: I acknowledge and agree that my participation in the 1st JRC Endurance Challenge is solely at my own risk. I am responsible for my own actions, including the selection and maintenance of my motorcycle, and adherence to all traffic laws, regulations, and guidelines. I will exercise caution and ride within my capabilities and the limits of my equipment throughout the duration of the event. Furthermore, I understand and acknowledge that the use of open pipes is prohibited during the event. I agree to comply with this rule and ensure that my motorcycle is equipped with mufflers or exhaust systems that comply with noise regulations and standards.
4. Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the 1st JRC Endurance Challenge, I hereby release and discharge the event organizers, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of or in any way connected to my participation in the event. This release applies to all claims of negligence, personal injury, property damage, or any other claim, whether known or unknown, arising as a result of my participation.
5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) incurred as a result of any claims or suits brought against them arising from my participation in the 1st JRC Endurance Challenge.
6. Medical Attention: I understand and acknowledge that the organizers of the event do not provide medical or emergency services. In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorize the event staff to seek medical attention on my behalf. I agree to bear all medical expenses incurred as a result of any injury or illness sustained during the event.
